Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made according to the price and payment schedule agreed upon before the work begins.
  • A payment made for a service confirms the client's acceptance of the agreed service, scope of work, and these Terms & Conditions.
  • Work may begin only after the required payment has been successfully received.
  • Any additional work or requirements outside the originally agreed scope may be charged separately.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, documents, credentials, approvals, and other materials required to complete the service.

2. Refund & Cancellation

2.1 Refund Period

Once payment has been made and work on the project has started, the client may request a refund within 2 (two) calendar days from the date the work officially begins.

Any eligible refund request must be submitted to Dynovista Solution in writing within this 2-day period.

2.2 No Refund After 2 Days

After 2 (two) calendar days from the start of work, no refund will be provided.

Once the 2-day refund period has expired, the payment will be considered non-refundable, regardless of the stage of completion of the project.

This policy applies because resources, time, personnel, planning, development, design, research, and other work may have already been allocated to the project.

2.3 Before Work Begins

If the client requests cancellation before Dynovista Solution has started work, the refund request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to any applicable administrative, transaction, or other costs.

3. Processing & Policies

3.1 Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, Dynovista Solution will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the client's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will generally not be available where:

  • The client changes their mind after the applicable refund period.
  • The client becomes dissatisfied after the 2-day refund period.
  • The client delays or fails to provide required information, materials, approvals, or access.
  • The client does not use or implement the delivered service.
  • The project is delayed because of the client's failure to provide required materials or responses.
  • The client requests work outside the agreed scope.
  • The client has already approved or accepted a deliverable.
  • The service has been substantially completed or delivered.
  • The client violates these Terms & Conditions.
